Analyzing Gender Based Laws and Its Negative Effects on Society

There have been various legal cases in the Major Western Nations,these legal cases refer to gender biases and favoritism for one sex over the other.In the United States,United Kingdom,Australia and Canada,there are cases that have failed in court or deserve questioning.These were caused by court negligence,absent due process and court corruption of the legal processes.In the United States,it was the TitleⅨbill that had affected Universities,the Gender Pay gap debate in the United Kingdom which had also affected the majority of European countries and the Gender hiring biases in Australia.These cases are not only simply limited to their respected regions but are present in large forms among each other.The cause of these can be traced to a social-political group movement that had become radicalized in the name of equality between the sexes.Feminism particularly the third wave feminism(radical feminist)is the movement that has been pushing for laws and regulations that have caused legal harm in the United States,United Kingdom,Australia and Canada.This movement has a major influence not only on individual countries but on a global scale that can affect countries foreign policies such as foreign aid.The United States,Sweden,and Canada foreign policies stated that they will do their activities with a feminist approach.The reason why I am focused on this topic is due to gender bias that has been occurring in major western nations against men.This has concerned me greatly due to the fact that the law is against men in certain areas are bias.When these laws are challenged in anyway shape or form,the individual is criticized socially.Misinformation will be spread and the individual who challenges them is silence.The major western countries also have great influence around the world especially in developing or the third world countries.To receive aid and assistance they are told to adopt laws that are similar to the major western nations,but due to the influence and radicalization of feminism.Adopting these laws can cause great social problems and instability and can make a situation much worse on a social and legal level.There is little focus on the consequences of the continued adoption of these laws by radical feminist groups.By understanding the importance of the legal and social ramification of these gender-based laws,that has been caused by radical feminism.A social collapse based on laws which are hastily made can be mitigated or reverse.The significance of the study is to analyze and understand the current feminist laws and propose feminist laws in today's climate in western nations and the significance of these laws.The focus shall be on the effects on men and how anti-discrimination laws and regulations are being used to discriminate against them in the workplace and in general life.By understanding these forces,and how they impact the law and regulations and the methods they use,it will help to create a better understanding of how to deal with similar situations.
