批评隐喻分析视角下的自我身份建构：以李娜自传为例

摘要

近年来身份建构作为一个社会热点话题受到了语言学家们的广泛关注。可供研究的身份类型多种多样，而本文则通过研究中国网球运动员李娜的自传将目光集中在个人身份建构上。　　研究采用由Charteris-Black提出的批评隐喻分析方法，旨在揭示影响李娜自传《独自上场》中隐喻使用的潜在认知和意识形态动机。分析沿着隐喻识别、隐喻阐释、隐喻解释的步骤逐步展开，构建起其职业运动员的身份。批评隐喻分析借鉴了认知语言学、隐喻的语用研究方法及语料库语言学的精华，将它们巧妙融合在批评话语分析之中。在该分析方法中，语料库语言学的应用有效地降低了分析的主观性。　　本研究综合运用定性分析与定量分析方法，建立了一个关于自传的语料库。并使用语料库软件AntConc3.4.4进行分析，使我们能够在具体语境中逐一分析每个关键词。具体来说，本文主要详细分析了四大类隐喻域，它们分别是自然环境隐喻、旅行隐喻、战争隐喻和生物体隐喻。它们分别凸显和遮蔽了李娜运动员身份的不同侧面。在所列的目标域场景中，又有两类的出现频率最高，即职业域和情感域。其身份建构过程就主要围绕这两大目标域场景得以实现。结果显示她在职业生活中如同勇士或探险家一般强悍，而媒体背后的她相对来说并不太擅长控制自己的情绪。因而本文认为其颇具强势的公众形象是受许多意识形态和社会文化因素影响的，诸如集体主义传统、政治信仰及个人实现等。　　本文丰富了语言学视角下身份研究的理论资源，并呼吁人们适当关注公众人物的情感世界。
