欧比会展服务有限公司旅游口译实践报告

摘要

口译是一种重要的形式，对文化交流发挥着重要作用。本报告以欧比会展服务公司旅游口译实践为例，叙述笔者参与的一次口译实践。在委托方的安排下，笔者给一位澳洲客户在广州景区进行口译。前期的准备涵盖了常规准备、心理准备和应急情况准备。鉴于口译本身的特性让译者在有限的时间里完整表达原语信息，因此，本次口译会存在两大难题，分别是时间紧迫造成的错误和专有名词翻译难点。　　针对上述翻译难点，笔者提出了相应的解决策略，即在有限时间内反应迅速，找到较为准确的英语词汇和采用阐释源语信息的方法，尽可能地以最契合原文的方式表达讲解员叙述的主要意思。　　笔者的经理与客户有共通之处，比如，他们都喜欢中国传统文化，并且爱旅游。笔者查阅文献，发现以广州为口译实践基地的文献很少。因此，笔者会在报告中就笔者在本次实践中遇到的这些问题进行阐述与分析，这也是本报告的创新所在。经过剖析阐述，笔者尽力归纳在释意理论指导下口译员可以选择的四个翻译方法：增译、省译、重组和音译。联系具体案例，笔者总结此次口译实践的主要成果、局限和期望。希望能提高自身口译水平，同时也望为其它译者提供参考。
