高中英语教学中运用中国文化培养文化意识的个案研究

摘要

本文对经常运用中国文化进行教学的L老师的英语教学进行案例分析。旨在研究并探索L老师的文化教学观念及他的课堂实践，描述了L老师在英语教学中培养学生文化意识的独特方式，期待为其他教师对学生文化意识的培养提供借鉴。
　　本文研究对象是天津某重点中学L老师。在调研过程中，本文主要运用的研究方法有课堂观察法、访谈法和日志。通过课堂观察和微信日志的整理了解L老师在日常教学中的文化案例并分析其文化教学的特点。借助于访谈这一研究方法，本文总结出刘老师对学生文化意识培养的态度和观念以及影响其文化教学风格的因素。此外，L老师也谈到了在日常文化教学中会遇到的一些困难。
　　研究中发现，L老师自身重视文化教学，认为“教育传递文化”和“语言是文化的载体”。但他的教学中很少采用陈述性的文化知识的外显式教学，而是将中国文化巧妙地融进课程导入、词汇语境、文章欣赏与作文修改中。他的教学风格源于他对中国文化的喜爱。在业余时间他喜欢阅览古文典籍，并总是与教学相联系，加之他对教育学和心理学理论的有效运用，以及精细的备课，使之将文化，尤其是中国文化，与语言教学相结合，由此对学生文化意识的培养发挥作用。希望L老师的教学案例能为其他英语教师的文化教学提供参考。
