《人性的弱点》节译实践报告

摘要

本翻译实践报告以美国心理学家戴尔·卡耐基（Dale Carnegie）所著的励志读物《人性的弱点》英汉翻译为基础。此书于1936年出版，现在依然是一本人际沟通技巧类的畅销书。书中介绍了工作和生活中取得成功的策略与技巧。本文结合具体翻译案例，论述了功能对等理论翻译法对词汇与句子等翻译的指导意义。翻译报告共分为四个部分：作者、作品简介；功能对等理论概述；基于功能对等理论的翻译策略及个案研究；翻译实践总结。
　　首先，笔者对本次翻译任务进行了详细描述，包括翻译任务背景、翻译目的及意义。其次，笔者阐述了功能对等理论的实用性。翻译案例分析部分为本次翻译实践报告的核心部分，主要为笔者在一些典型句子中所运用的基于功能对等理论的翻译策略，包括增字、减字、音译、加注、直译和意译。在此基础上，作者对此次翻译活动做了总结。在结论部分，作者指出，奈达的功能对等理论比较而言是一种更为有效和具有启发性的翻译理论,但在翻译实践中需要灵活应用。同时，期待更多的人参与《人性的弱点》的翻译研究，以便为读者提供更加完美的中文译本。
