《中小型企业在公共股权市场的机遇与局限性》翻译实践报告

摘要

中小企业是国民经济发展的重要组成部分，在中国，中小企业在增加就业，促进经济发展和地区繁荣等方面做出了巨大的贡献，但如果中小企业想获得进一步的发展，必须走出国门走进全球金融市场。这就要求对全球的中小企业的金融发展趋势有所了解，只有了解了相应的发展动态，才会少走弯路，得到迅速发展的机会。此次翻译的源语文本选自2015年第一期发表的经合组织期刊：金融市场趋势中的一篇文章，题目为Opportunities and Limitations of Public Equity Markets for SMEs.此篇金融文本对中小企业在公共股权市场上所面临的机遇与局限进行了深入的研究。在纽马克的文本类型理论指导下，译者在翻译过程中结合该金融文本特性主要运用了交际翻译策略并且灵活运用了相应的翻译技巧，如增译，减译，词性转换，插入法等，以期使译入语文本达到与源语文本相同的表达效果。
　　此次翻译报告共分为四章：
　　第一章主要介绍了源语文本的研究背景及研究意义和文本特点等。
　　第二章主要描述了翻译过程：包括译前准备，理论介绍和质量控制以及翻译难点。第三章主要介绍了在文本类型翻译理论下的相应案例分析。
　　第四章为翻译总结，包括翻译经验以及待解决的问题。
　　目前中国在中小企业这方面的翻译材料很少，通过此次翻译，译者希望能够对中国中小企业的发展有所帮助。
