2016泰国旅游局考察座谈会（鄂尔多斯）交替传译实践报告

摘要

本篇口译实践报告是以该报告作者所承担的一次汉译英交替传译实践为蓝本，描述了作者在泰国旅游局考察团2016年赴鄂尔多斯考察座谈会中的具体口译实践过程及心得。本口译实践报告重点选取鄂尔多斯旅游局发言人的中文讲话为案例分析对象，分析了此次汉译英交替传译时出现的各类问题，并针对这些问题探讨相应的翻译策略和解决方法。
　　本报告回顾了作者承担的口译任务的过程，重点描述了“译前准备阶段”，将译前准备分为短期准备和临时准备两个阶段，详细叙述了每个阶段译者的工作内容，在“口译进行阶段”列出了会议中讲话原文和译者的口译文本进行对照。本报告的“案例分析”紧密结合口译实践中出现的难点及解决策略，选取部分典型案例，对本次交替传译任务进行了文本层面的详细分析，如长难句、文化负载词、口头语、地名和文化活动名称的口译以及地方音的听辩，并对部分现场口译笔记做出了分析。
　　通过对任务的描述和案例分析，本报告得出如下结论:1.充分的译前准备工作对译员口译工作的顺利进行起着重要作用;2.译者总结了交替传译中长难句、文化负载词、口头语等现象的口译方法;3.译员在交替传译中听辩和笔记方面，要以意群为单位，切勿一字一句进行听辩、记录。本报告旨在为旅游类的交替传译提供借鉴，促进内蒙古旅游文化外译的发展。
