中国英语学习者和本族语者的名词短语使用对比研究

摘要

名词是信息的载体，而短语则是语言的重要组成部分，名词短语更是语言中重要信息的携带者。名词短语是自然语言的重要组成部分，并且其结构和类型非常复杂。中国英语学习者对名词短语，尤其是复杂名词短语掌握的情况，会影响他们对英语语言的学习和理解，更会严重地影响他们对英语语言的掌握和运用。
　　语言的表现形式有两种，口语和笔语。因此，本文借助SWECCL语料库和BNC语料库，从英语口语和笔语两个层面上，运用Stanford Parser，Perl程序和SPSS分析软件对SWECCL和BNC中的名词短语的分布情况进行分析。采用定性和定量的方法，对名词短语的进行收集、统计和分析数据。根据名词短语复杂的结构和类型，对中国学习者和本族语者的使用情况进行对比研究，找出中国学习者和本族语者在英语名词短语学习中的异同点，帮助中国学习者更好地学习和掌握英语语言。
　　该研究表明:在口语和笔语语料库中，整体来看，中国英语学习者和本族语者使用名词短语的频率基本相似。但在具体的分类中，中国英语学习者和本族语者的名词短语使用情况还是有差异的。中国英语学习者使用简单名词短语的频率高于本族语者，然而他们对复杂名词短语的使用频率却低于本族语者。
