摘要

本文对半定量RT-PCR和SNPs法测定中国地方鸭种和鸡种的TCF3变异的表达水平和突变情况进行了研究。不同组织中TCF3相对表达水平和TCF3-P4单核苷酸位点多态性的基因型相关分析表明:苏禽黄鸡不同组织中AA基因型的表达水平高于AB的表达水平。肾、肺和脾中AA基因型的表达水平分别为5.762±4.004,4.290±2.212和5.059±3.249,而AB基因型的表达水平相应的分别为4.272±2.883,3.435±2.867和3.106±2.506。基因型AA和AB与脾组织相对表达水平成极显著相关(p<0.01)。
