《电力行业标准之架线施工工艺导则》英译项目报告

摘要

随着科技的日新月异和全球一体化的发展，尤其是一带一路的实施，“行业标准英译”已成为国际交往的技术语言和国际贸易的技术依据。因此建立全国统一的标准，规范中国各行业的外文译写，对促进中国对外开放的现实需求十分迫切。
　　笔者基于对《电力行业标准之架线施工工艺导则》的翻译，以奈达的功能对等理论作为指导，指出了在翻译过程中从词汇、句法、篇章三个层面遇到的主要问题和难点，同时从这三个角度依次提出了具体的翻译策略，词汇方面包括合成法和意译法;句法方面包括重组句子、使用名词化和被动语态;篇章方面则将重心放在了可以体现文本语言风格的情态动词和介词的选择。笔者希望以《电力行业标准之架线施工工艺导则英译项目报告》为例来研究电力行业标准翻译的过程、原则、方法和前景，以期为国内电力行业目前并不成熟的国家标准英译领域提出自己的意见和建议。
