摘要

Aeromicrobium panaciterrae Gsoil 161<'T>和Microlunatus ginsengisoliGsoil 633<'T>是从Pocheon参田分离出来的好氧性革兰氏阳性菌。为了分离这两个新种细菌,做了多项实验。基于16S rRNA基因序列,Gsoil 161<'T>属于Nocardioidaceae家族,与它最为接近的菌株为Aeromicrobium marinum(98.0%类似度),Aeromicrobium alkaliterrae(97.6%),Aeromicrobium fastidiosum(97.0%)以及Aeromicrobium erythreum(96.7%)。除上诉这些菌株之外,在Nocardioidaceae家族里,Gsoil 161<'T>的基因序列与其它种菌株的类似度都低于94.4%。而Gsoil 633<'T>属于Propionibacteriaceae家族,与它最为接近的菌株为Microlunatus phosphovorus DSM 19555<'T>,其类似度为96.1%。在Propionibacteriaceae家族里,Gsoil 633<'T>基因序列与其它种菌株的类似度都低于95.4%。为了更确切的分类这两个新分离出来的细菌,还采用了化学分类法。其结果表明,它们的细胞膜里都含有LL-DAP,都以MK-9(H<,1>)为主要的menaquinone。根据脂肪酸分析实验结果表明,Gsoil 161<'T>主要含有C<,18:0>10-甲基C<,18:0>C<,16:0>2-OH,10-甲基C<,17:0>以及10-甲基C<,18:0>而Gsoil 633<'T>则主要包含anteiso-C<,15>iso-C<,16:0>以及iSO-C<,18:0>DNA G+C含量分别为65.5 mol%(Gsoil 161<'T>)以及69.8mol%(Gsoil 633<'T>)。这些形态,生化学性质以及phenotypic性质都支持Gsoil 161<'T>属于Aeromicrobium属,Gsoil 633<'T>属于Microlunatus属,但基因型和显型数据又表明,它们其它以分离出的菌株有不同点。因此,本文将Gsoil 161<'T>分类为新种细菌,命名为Aeromicrobium panaciterrae,将Gsoil 633<'T>分类为新种细菌,命名为Micro]unatus ginsengisoli。其典型菌株为Gsoil 161。(=KCTC 19131<'T>=DSM17939<'T>=CCUG 52476<'T>)和Gsoil 633<'T>(=KCTC 13940<'T>=DSM 17942<'T>)。
