口译中社交语用失误的关联性研究

摘要

口译是通过口头表达将信息从一种语言形式如实地转换成另一种语言形式的交流过程。然而，在口译过程中，译者因跨文化意识和跨文化语用能力的缺失而导致的社交语用失误不仅不易被译者察觉，而且可能会造成误会、甚至会迫使交流中断。这一现象值得引起我们的高度注意。本文拟从关联理论的视角分析口译中的社交语用失误现象，旨在对口译中社交语用失误的产生原因及口译理解过程进行阐释。
　　作者首先从明示的角度，分析了口译中源语说话者经明示行为所传递的两个意图:交际意图和信息意图。当源语说话者做出某种明示行为时，她便试图使其明示行为的交际意图和信息意图同时明显于译者。然后从推理的角度，作者分析了译者如何解码源语说话者的明示行为，也即译者如何在说话者和自身之间的相互认知语境中推理出说话者的信息意图。关于目的语听者的推理过程，作者从关联期待的视角进行了分析。由于译者会自动地认为在源语说话者的明示行为中一定具有最佳关联性，因此这种关联期待就会促使他随即对其话语中的信息意图展开推理。译者的口译涉及对源语信息意图的推理和表达，而对信息意图的推理和表达正确与否将会直接影响口译的效度。
　　通过大量例证，作者对口译中语用失误的原因、口译理解过程和表达过程做了较详尽的阐释和说明;社交语用失误主要出现于以下三种情境:含套话语句中、含文化负载词汇语句中和含同义结构语句中。在口译中，源语信息意图的正确识别和表达是实现成功口译的关键因素，同时，译者的跨文化交际能力和跨文化交际意识对避免口译社交语用失误的产生起着重要作用。通过本文的研究，我们可以得出结论:关联理论对口译中社交语用失误现象具有较大的解释力。
