摘要

本研究的主要目标是研究在马里巴马科公社的公立小学中班级规模和教师策略对学生学业成就的影响。本研究旨在探讨在马里普及小学教育计划之后的公共课堂中教师所采用的课堂教学的策略,班级规模如何影响具体教学,以及对小学生学业成绩的影响。
  本研究用比例分层抽样法绘制了一个由教师、学生、校长、家长和教育官员等304个要素组成的样本。本研究在巴马科的公社进行,涉及问卷调查和访谈日程管理。
  笔者利用相关分析和回归技术对采集到的定量数据进行描述性分析。研究表明大多数教师对课程没有进行充分的准备,他们并没有运用建构主义并且在评价反馈上花费了过多的时间。
  研究表明,班级规模对教师教学起消极影响,尤其是在家庭作业的批阅与依据学生能力进行分组两方面。性别与地域差异也在一定程度上影响了教师教学效果,社会经济地位较低的学生只能接受较低教育水平和较少经验的教师教育以及无效的课堂教学。本研究建议,仿效中国大课堂的管理原则,利用有效的科技进行教学并采用教师责任制.
