摘要

Motivation is an important component in the productivity of employees in any
  organization because it is iterative process which influences the needs of an individual
  that energize, direct and maintain the behavior of individuals.It is an effort that directs
  an individual towards the attainment of an objective.In Mali, productivity in the Banking Sector demands that the institutions should have effective systems in place to offset unpredictable events that can maintain their operations and reduce the risk implicated through development.The objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between employees motivation and productivity in the Banking Sector in Mali.
  For the realization of this thesis, chose the theme the relationship between employees motivation and productivity in the companies of the banking sector.The topic of employee motivation is of particular interest to me because I simply wonder, as a future worker in Human Resources.Indeed, during the realization of this dissertation, I
  was curious to know the various techniques of motivations adopted by the companies and to understand the importance of the stakes.Through this theme we clearly see the importance of employee motivation on productivity, which has a positive impact.The more leaders know and adopt the right motivations, the employees will be more productive.
  The work is subdivided in five chapters of which:
  The first chapter consists of the introduction: It will treat the background, statement of problem, purpose and objectives of the study, research questions, delimitations and limitations, methodology and the analytical framework.
  The second chapter is about General Considerations of which conceptual and theoretical setting that gives the definitions of the key concepts of our work, the literature review.
  The Third chapter speaks about the introduction of banking industry of Maii, presentation of Mali, presentation of the sector banking of Mali and presentation of Ecobank Mali.
  The fourth chapter will be dedicated for the data analysis, hypothesis, data and result and finally analysis.
  The fifth chapter will be dedicated to the conclusion and recommendations.
  To complete this work, a questionnaire was developed and sent to Ecobank employees for quantitative and qualitative studies and after a descriptive analysis.And also the regression based on the data in five years and finally correlated them.
  At the end it is clear that the managers of the Ecobank Mali must focus on the motivation of the employees because each time there is an increase of motivational factors, employees produce more and the bank makes profits.
