商业模式的战略变革：大型制药企业商业模式转换的利害与前景研究

摘要

本论文重点探讨了医药行业的商业模式转变.
　　如今制药行业正在经历着多种变革，这些变革从研究、生产以及管理等方方面面影响着该行业。而专利过期，研发流程悖论，仿制药的发展以及发达国家市场的萎缩都极大地改变了医药行业的格局。从传统上看，医药公司的经营大多依靠药物研发和生产上的重大突破。然而在新的环境下，传统的商业模式似乎不能再继续帮助医药公司维持其盈利。制药公司正在改变他们碎片整理或完全集成模型风险规避和捕捉新机。在研究中，首先通过Casadesus-Masanell R.,Ricart J.,(2010),Demil B.,Lecocq X.,(2010),Osterwalder A.,Pigneur,Y.(2010),Verstraete T.(2012)等人提出的框架来介绍并分析目前对于商业模式概念的研究的相关文献。在对历史概念和当前定义的介绍之后，本文研究了不同程度的商业模式变革所带来的理论前景，以及其在商业模式结构上的流程和影响。文献的回顾保证能够充分理解目前学术领域对于商业模式变革的概念定义和认知。进而，对制药工业的商业模式变革进行了经验主义的研究，这些研究包含了对于制药行业顾问和制药经理的深度访谈以及辅助数据来研究其业务改变方式。调查集中在全球前5大制药企业，并使用来自新型制药公司（生物制药公司，仿制药公司和中型制药企业）的数据来辅助研究。研究的目标是要分析制药行业的商业模式从原先的重大突破模式到大型制药企业的新型商业模结构和新型商业战略的转变来保证其增长和盈利。本文最后通过介绍商业模式变革带来的前景，尤其是在制药行业的前景做总结。
