摘要

在国际交流日益频繁的今天,翻译工作日显重要,而翻译质量评估也就具有特殊的研究意义,本文旨在将德国学者豪斯的翻译质量评估模式引入英汉翻译领域。德国学者豪斯创建的翻译质量评估模式完整、科学、客观、系统。然而该模式的应用范围仅局限于英语与德语之间的互译。在英汉翻译领域,至今没有如此成功的翻译质量评估方法。本文分别将该模式应用于汉英、英汉翻译,分别以邓颖超致宋美龄的信以及葛底斯堡演说为例,通过实践来检验其可行性,并通过理论分析来指出该模式不适用于英汉翻译的部分,并且结合其它翻译理论给出修正意见。通过实践证明,该评估模式基本适用于英汉翻译的质量评估,尽管局部存在着不适用的部分,但是是可以修正的。将该模式引入英汉翻译领域,其意义不局限于检测英汉翻译的质量,还对外语教学有着积极的启示作用。因此该模式应引起国内翻译界的广泛重视,充分利用其价值,推动学术研究及教学工作的进步。
