马拉维布兰泰尔市学校残疾学生融合教育的师生态度研究

摘要

在过去三十年中，全纳教育政策促成残疾儿童融入主流学校。大多数的残疾儿童和青年人生活在发展中国家，并面临着教育和其他机会的不平等。消极态度是发展他们潜能的主要障碍之一。
　　本研究旨在探讨在马拉维布兰泰尔市两所公立中学校中教师和学生对残疾学生的态度，并探究究竟是什么因素影响教师和学生的态度。
　　本文采用了混合研究法，运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法完成研究目的。半结构访谈法，焦点小组讨论法以CATCH方法收集资料，资料来源于教师与学生每天与残疾学生的互动以及不同官方部门参与的残疾人福利政策之中。
　　研究结果显示，教师和学生的态度是混合的。相比教师，学生表现出更积极的态度。社会在影响人们态度的过程中起到了重要作用，但教师的态度主要是由于缺乏培训以及一体化取向，导致教师课堂教学效率低下。培训教师的需要，教师和学生的定位，以及社区宣传对完全改变师生直接对待残疾学生的态度起着至关重要的作用。教师需要的知识是自信和自我效能，而学生需要的是接纳和支持他们的同龄人。
