摘要

This study defines the concept of customer value for power supply enterprises and sets up a customer value index system according to the idea of customer lifetime cycle. The analytical hierarchy process method is used to determine the weight of each index where the customer is classified by clustering algorithm. The validity of the model is validated using Baoding Power Supply subsidiary.
