Requirements Change Management of Information System Based on the Keyword Mapping

Requirements change is inevitable in information system development, so it is very important to manage changes efficiently. Most traditional methods of requirements change management are mainly dedicated to control the requirements change and design the managing processes. With the conception of "around with customer" going deeply into people, requirements change management must consider the customers' satisfaction. This paper uses keyword mapping method to manage the requirements change, and proposes a new method of requirements change management of information system. The objects are to reduce the time and costs, reduce the miss of requirements, and at the same time, maximize the customers' satisfaction.
