Capability Assessment Tool

摘要

Compared to subjective assessment Capability Maturity Model (CMM), objective assessment CMM is more accurate, less expensive, takes less time and is easy to calculate the software development environment maturity. This paper presents how to change from Subjective Assessment Key Process Area (KPA) to Objective Assessment KPA using PAMPA 2.0 (Project Attribute Monitoring and Prediction Associate).
