On Necessity of Comfortable Working Environment for Women at Management

摘要

Increase of working women requires the proper working environment for them. In this paper, we try to clarify the women's problems for working, paying attention to a menstrual cycle. The approaching methods are to do a questionnaire for women, to analyze them, and to make a model explaining the results. From these analyses, we propose some ideas for improving working environment for women.
