摘要

Artificial Intelligence applications such as the diagnosis, the planning and identification, need a wide knowledge about the interest domain. The systems that use the knowledge to carry out inferences are denominated Knowledge Based Systems (KBS). In this work a KBS is presented which possesses the capacity to identify species of the Panicum gender, Gramineous family, the needed knowledge was acquired through the use of an acquisition method of knowledge for groups, which allowed to define and to develop a base of coherent and consistent knowledge which was used to carry out the inferences associated to the identification. The KBS possesses a functional and friendly interface that facilitates the interaction user system, which was designed Web orientated.
