A new theory of nonlinear AC power flows decomposition based on energy transactions is presented A simple algorithm is then derived. It readily reflects Physical Laws. The algorithm is simple, fast and reflects actual usage. It can handle simultaneous and sequential transactions effectively at one time. It may or may not start from a power flow solution. It has satisfactory accuracy for realistic network conditions. It uses existing subroutines from an ac power flow program. Test results of the algorithm on a realistic transmission system are presented in this paper.
