The invention relates to a method for calculating electrical power transfers and a transfer remuneration condition within a period of time between a plurality of power consumption units and a plurality of power provision units within a local energy market, wherein the local energy market comprises a control device. The method comprises at least the following steps: transmitting a first data set for each of the power consumption units to the control device, wherein the first data set of each power consumption unit comprises at least one piece of information regarding the power requirement thereof, and a maximum remuneration condition for the purchase of the power requirement; transmitting a second data set for each of the power provision units to the control device, wherein the second data set of each power provision unit comprises at least one piece of information regarding the power thereof that can be provided, and a minimum remuneration condition for providing the power; calculating the power transfers by means of the control device using an optimisation method on the basis of the pieces of information in the transmitted data sets; and calculating the transfer remuneration condition by means of the control device on the basis of the calculated power transfers, and on the basis of the minimum remuneration condition of all the transmitted maximum remuneration conditions of the power consumption units, and on the basis of the the maximum remuneration condition of all transmitted minimum remuneration conditions of the power provision units. The invention further relates to a method for controlling electrical power transfers and to a local energy market.
