摘要

Based on reliability statistical data, a reliability growth model for coal mills of coal-fired power plant is presented, together with a detailed discussion of parameter estimation and goodness-of-fit test of the model. It is verified that the model is consistent with trend of reliability growth of coal mills with data provided by National Electricity Reliability Center in China. Results show reliability of coal mills can be increased by correcting the defects of design and manufacture, enhancing skill of operators, improving condition of operation.
