A STUDY on SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE fromSYSTEMATIZATION FRAMEWORK withITS-SERVICES and ITS-POLICIES

The systematic application of various related specific measures is necessary for the radicalresolution of traffic congestion, environmental deterioration and other problems arising frommany causes, and for the improvement in the efficacy of policies for wide-ranging areas suchas Transportation Demand Management and environmental countermeasures. To satisfy theserequirements, the purpose of this study is to provide the systematization framework withrelating ITS-Services (extracted from the approach of technological development) andITS-Policies (extracted from the approach of social needs) for us except system engineerseasy to recognize the system architecture in the light of concrete social needs.
