Development and application of EM wave absorbers forDSRC

摘要

DSRC including Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) can be used for multi-purpose so it is nowexpected to install DSRC beacon not only on expressways but also another places such as gasstations or shops for the realization of Smart way system. However, in the operation of ETC,incorrect communications occurs due to undesired passes which are the successive reflectionsof EM waves from tollgate roofs and other objects near the tollgates.This paper describes the solution of Electromagnetic (EM) wave reflection. It is aimed toconfirm the EM wave environment and the efficiency of the solution under the practicalenvironment of expressways.
