摘要

Universal Driver Model which simulates human general driving behavior includingcognition, judgment and operation processing was developed, in order to predict the effectof Advanced Driver Assist System on decrement of traffic accident quantitatively, byinstall UDM's to vehicles driving on the virtual traffic simulator. This paper introducesthe methodology of design, basic specification and architecture of UDM and therepresentative simulation results are shown in order to conclude the effective evaluationpossibility of traffic simulator using UDM.
