Innovations on High-speed Railway Traffic Organization

摘要

To meet the requirements of Wuhan-Guangzhou highspeed railway operation, and based on the characteristics of long route length and crossadministration traffic control, China have innovated operational control modes and the following centralized controls have been realized: whole line traffic control are integrated; EMU examination and repair are integrated in sheds; integrated infrastructure maintenance and management ; integrated data-base management, which have enhanced the ability to deal with emergencies, to examine the irregularities including equipment failures, disastrous weather, line fault, etc, and working out specific solutions. To enhance the level of traffic organization of high-speed railway, China have strengthened the fundamental management by using the following methods; set up complete rules and regulations; strengthened the quality of equipment; enhanced the quality of staff.
