The drying box of the tea dryer is the key equipment for tea drying. It is generally transferred to the surface of the tea leaf by hot air, and the temperature of the tea rises smoothly in the drying chest due to the controllable temperature and flow rate. The design is to optimize the structure of the traditional drying chest, optimize the material selection, optimize the manufacturing process, to improve the space utilization rate, drying efficiency and drying pass rate of the drying chest, model the AUTOCAD in the design of the drying chest model, and use SOLIDWORKS for strength test. Through theoretical calculation and software simulation analysis, the expected design goals are basically achieved.
