By ultilizing WLC model which describes the inhibition structure, this paper analyzes numerically the potential release of each neuron in the olfactory nervous system, obtains the potential release of neurons in the ball-cell layer, the olfactory bulbs, the mitral-cell layer, the granular cell-layer, anterior olfactory nucleus and the anterior pyriform cortex, stimulates the potential release mode of every the K series model in freeman olfactory system and declares numerically that mitral cells are rich in the form of release, and there are two kinds of potential signal conductivity mode between the neurons. Meanwhile, it also analyzes numerically the relationship between the release mode on the surface of the olfactory cortex and the external stimulus, gets the corresponding changes of the olfactory system electro encephalic topographic map under the external stimulus, and the numerical results and the phenomenon of the olfactory experiments are in line.
