In experiment on 18 rats after 24 weeks of copper 1 MCL water consumption acetylcholine fluorescence was diminished in a kidney, but enlarged in a renal capsule. Catecholamins and serotonin fluorescence in tubules and histamine in all kidney parts was enlarged, and in renal capsule histamine and serotonin fluorescence was decreased. The water load of 6% from body mass after copper reception 24 weeks has reduced of these transmitters fluorescence in a kidney and acetylcholine and histamine in a renal capsule. But it induced augmentation of catecholamins and serotonin fluorescence in a renal capsule. Copper induces inverse changes acetylcholine, histamine, catecholamins and serotonin quantity in a kidney and a renal capsule. By the experiments earlier lead by us with a water load, copper changes the answer of kidney transmitters to water load. Probably from our data follows that the extra neuronal transmitters' quantity is determined more by cellular need, than enzyme systems of transmitters' synthesis state.
