Most frequently soil phytosanitary potential is evaluated as antagonistic interactions between specific groups of microorganisms. A method of two-species culture is used very often. The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of the kind of medium on interactions of Trichoderma viride with Phytium debaryanum, and Fusarium oxysporum. The results disclosed a differentiated effect of the kind of medium on interactions between the fungi studied. Hay agar (AS_2, AS_3 < AS_1) performed a significant negative effect of F. oxysporum and P. debaryanum on the T. viride growth, while the other media disclosed reverse effects, i.e. T. viride limited the growth of the F. oxysporum and P. debaryanum colonies.
