In order to change the culture of an organization, you first must change the compensation system.rnChanging compensation methods is one of the great structural impediments to change. Culture andrnbehaviors need to be changed throughout the organization, in order for this to be successful.rnEmpowerment replaces entitlement; proactive behaviors replace reactive. Once this is done, you canrnfree up the energy of your entire organization to be more productive than your private sectorrncompetitors.
