A study was undertaken to develop a manaement plan for Tyler Creek,a tributry of the Fox River.The comprehensive managemenr plan fr the creek includes the definition of current flood risks,prevention of future flood damages,and the proteciton and enhancement of water quality and wildlife habitat within the tyler Greek riparian zone within the Elgin Facilities Planning Area (FPA).
