We have developed the morphological structure model and the geometric surface model for the cBN-CeO_2 composite stone for the mechanochemical superfinishing of surface, as the first step of the development of design system of it. We developed these models for conventional stones by using fractal modeling techniques. Since the composite stone has two types of abrasive grits differently to conventional ones, we have modified the previous models adapted to the difference. In the morphological structure model, we have added the "cluster formation" algorithm for CeO_2 grits and the "judgment of a bonded grit" algorithm for the burnt stone model.
