Room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs), possessing unique properties such as negligible vapor pressure, wide potential windows, high thermal stability and high viscosity and good conductivity and solubility, have been developed and received much attention in many areas in chemistry study and electrochemical industry [1, 2]. Several groups have utilized RTILs as alternative medias for biocatalysis [3, 4]. Our group has constructed an excellent electrochemical biosensor based on RTIL (BPPF6), sodium alginate (SA) and graphite for the determination of H2O2 [5]. Electrodepositing gold nanoparticles onto the surface of the CPE was another strategy to enhance the sensitivity of the immunosensor. Many works had been conducted to construct the immunosensor using CPE modified with gold nanoparticles [6,7].
