摘要

The implication of this work lies in designing a multi-criteria assessment model to solve the problem of appraising manager's quality of knowledge management in learning organization, and its result could be a reference for top management in their management decision. It's relatively convenient to be utilized in practice of business and can supply a quantified tool of analysis which fruit could be one of the gist in evaluating manager's quality. However, the accuracy of this method lies in the proper construction and selection of the fuzzy indices as well as appraiser's objectivity and justness. In addition, the determination of the value of fuzzy indices weight is also extremely important. So it's better to combine this model with another qualified appraising method ,such as Delphi method. Only in this way, can we get a more reasonable conclusion.
