Nowadays, with the rapid development of E-business based on Internet technology, the incorporate course of global economy quickened. So our society has been impelled from the times of industrial economy to the times of E-business. As the social productivity increased greatly in the times of E-business, there are huge rooms for customers to choose various commodities. As a result, the personalized demands of the customers become strong day by day. So enterprises should transform the traditional business mode into a new kind of mode of management and market emphasizing customers and service. Here, to provide personalized service for customers is an important weapon to upgrade enterprises' competence. E-business even provides a kind of measure to harmonize global preponderant resource.
