Modeling and Fuzzy PID Controller Design for Pressure Control of Hydraulic System

In this paper, the model of hydraulic system of solenoid valve test bed is established and fuzzy PID controller is designed. Under the input conditions and designed fuzzy PID controller, the pressure of hydraulic system is computationally simulated by using two software which are AMESim and MATLAB. One of software is AMESim which is the world's leading software of multi-disciplinary system simulation for engineers and technicians, and another is MATLAB which is the world's leading software of technical computing for engineers and scientists in industry. Compared with ordinary PID controller the simulation result of fuzzy PID controller is satisfied. Simulation results show the system has high accuracy and fast response based on fuzzy PID controller.
