The Management Research on the Student Research Training Program Based on TQM

摘要

How to cultivate creative professionals are always being researched and explored by domestic and abroad professions. And the implementation of SRTP is widely recognized an effective way to solve the problem . The paper introduces the development and present situation of the Student Research Training (SRTP) , analyses the problems in the course of the implementation of SRTP, such as blind topic selection, the lack of scientific and reasonable inspection, control and management, finished lag or not finished and so on, and puts forward the standpoints applying total quality management (TQM ) in the SRTP implement that is implementing P (Plan), D (Do), C (Check), A (Action) four-stage management method to effectively improve the level of college students research training management, thus further perfect the training model of creative professionals.
