摘要

Renaturation by dilution and size exclusion chromatography(SEC) to improve yields as well as increase the initial and final protein concentration has been studied. Under the denatured condition, it does not need to remove DTT in the solution before refolding. Although Urea decreases the rate of refolding, lysozyme was successfully refolded from initial protein concentration of up to 40 mg/mL by dilution and 100mg/mL by SEC, the yield of the former was more than 40% and that of the latter was 34.8%.
