Coal mine safety relevant investigation and literature research show that human errors are the main causes of coal safety accidents, so the research of the employees' behavior and the effect of coal mine accidents is not only the premise of prevention of coal mine safety accidents, but also the foundation of effective management of employees' safety behavior.Aiming at the complexity of coal mine safety, the paper sets up the coal mine safety structural equation model and conducts the empirical study.Using LISRAL and SPSS to estimate and match the model parameters which also can reflect the safety line and the causal correlation between coal mine accidents and path quantitatively.It lays a theoretical foundation for the safety management research, at the same time providing a new idea for the related research.
