Study of Propelling Charges for Ejection Seats

摘要

The ballistic parameters of propellant charges for rocket motors of ejection seats for different aircrafts are described. Some of them have been modernized to improve their characteristics. Diagrams of pressure in rocket motor chamber and thrust vs. time at wide range of temperature for the tested and modernized charges were analyzed. Results of the work have been implemented to the practice. The work was performed to meet the foreign customer demands.
