In order to improve the combustion characteristics of micropore oblate propellant, the sample was treated by sensitizing agent in solvent. The thermal decomposition performance and the flame spread speed were studied. Results show that the decomposition temperature peak descend in different sensitizing agent at the loaded condition and the flame spread speed increase notable in ordinary pressure. The flame spread speed of double base sample is increased markedly with increase of the additive proportion. The sensitized performance of additive agent A is more notable in different kinds of material. The impact sensitivity have no change, but the friction sensitivity increases obviously when additive agent A is introduced. The method to adjust combustion performance by adding sensitizing agent is effective.
