摘要

The effects of main ingredients in high-energy propellants on combustion efficiency were studied by measuring the content of active aluminium in residues and the explosive heat in vacuum and conducting motor tests. Experimental results shown that the kind and content of plasticizers are primary factors affecting the combustion efficiency and the content of AP and the particle size distribution of solid ingredients have also a great effect on it. The actual specific impulse of high-energy propellants at rocket motor conditions were studied by the theoretical prediction. The program can predict the influences of the different burning rates and pressures on the actual energy property of high-energy propellants in two kinds of testing motor.
