Three elements for creating amazing leaders are: passion to effect change, mentorship, andopportunity. The objective of this alternative format session is to promote the development offuture leaders in human factors and ergonomics. The session will be organized as a miniworkshopwhere attendees participate in break-out groups involving various interactive exercisestargeting each of the above three elements. Attendees will gain actionable knowledge they canuse immediately to develop and apply their leadership skills.
