摘要

Two methods that are usually used to determine the initial rheological force for theoretical model of melt blowing are improved in this paper and also a new method is presented. With these five methods, final fiber diameters of three sets of melt- blowing experiments are predicted from melt-blowing model. The predicted results show that the improved methods make the model prediction more subjective and more accurate than the original ones, and the newly presented method not only imparts the model satisfying prediction effect but also increases prediction accuracy above 30% for a certain experiment set.
