It is necessary to discover the factors that block small-medium enterprises (SMEs) do financing successful. The paper describes market preference, credit system and social service which affect company doing fmance by extemal environment. Moreover, information asymmetry and weak social service make SMEs do finance hard. The paper gives some suggestions such as set up a new finance department in the company,perfect credit system and social service.
