Analysis of the Minimum Wage Model

摘要

This paper first describes the development of minimum wage standards and its role. Then, we have an overview of several popular types of algorithm for calculating minimum wage, like the proportion method, the Engel coefficient method and econometric analysis. Finally, based on Wuhan's historical data in 2009, we adopted scalable linear expenditure system to estimate the minimum wage, which is very close to the actual standard.
